The biggest challenge of the Démos project was to create a unique modern space combining the needs of B2B and B2C by combining a large showroom and a store for end customers. Both these groups have their own specificities and neither should feel neglected or disadvantaged. We started by creating a clear customer path for both of these groups, which was also the main point of the whole re-design.

We supported wayfinding at the store using illuminated navigational signs to individual categories of goods. Due to the color and shape diversity of the range, we chose the technically and visually cleanest possible presentation on white stands. Their flexibility is underlined by interchangeable panels that can be adapted to different types of products on display.

Illuminated navigation then directs the customer to different product categories. As part of the signage, we also set up a basic graphics manual for the use of areas within supplier navigation so that it can continue to work in regard to their own products. We have designed a solution targeted to the client for each category and subcategory, where customers can compare each product with a counterpart and try different types of LED lighting. Thanks to the simple and clean display of products, customers in the store can find their way around faster, facilitating them in making their final choice.

This 560 m2 confusing site has been transformed into an architecturally clean and modern store. Key products stand out clearly on our single-design stands, and the whole store thus becomes an inspiring environment where customers can easily find what they are looking for.
